The study aimed to evaluate a management model for microenterprises, with an emphasis on interactions with key stakeholders in the business environment. The approach was quantitative, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A population of 251 representatives and a sample of 153 Peruvian microenterprises were analyzed using a questionnaire comprising 30 indicators distributed across five constructs: interaction with suppliers, customers, competitors, regulators, and management objectives. The model was evaluated using structural equation modeling with the WLSMV estimator. The model fit indices were satisfactory (χ2/df=1.07; RMSEA=0.019; CFI=0.992). The results showed that interaction with customers had a significant influence on management objectives (β=0.793; p=0.001), while interactions with suppliers (β=-0.079; p=0.569), competitors (β=0.189; p=0.119), and regulators (β=-0.046; p=0.731) were not significant. The findings show that customer-centric management is the primary determinant of goal achievement in the microenterprises studied.
