Reviewer Assignment

If the manuscript may proceed, the Editor-in-chief may assign an Associate Editor with expertise in the relevant area, who will oversee the peer review process. This assignment will ensure the absence of conflicts of interest, in accordance with COPE guidelines. Editors have a maximum of 3 weeks to notify the author whether the manuscript has been accepted for peer review.
